Passed away peacefully in Plymouth on Thursday, 10 May, 2018, wife of Derek, mother to Paul and Katy, mother-in-law to Lee and grandmother to Molly and Sully.
A funeral service for Pat will take place at Weston Mill Crematorium, Plymouth on Tuesday, 29 May at 11. 30 am. Donations, in memory of Pat, can be sent to The Mustard Tree Macmillan Cancer Support Centre, Level 3, Derriford Hospital, Plymouth, PL6 8DH.
