The engagement is announced, on Boxing Day 2018, between Emily, daughter of Mrs Michelle O'Connell of St Clement, and Advocate Michael O'Connell of St Brelade, and Charles, son of Mrs Caroline Harris of Trinity, and the late Mr Charles Le Maistre. Both families are delighted and wish them both every happiness for the future. Many congratulations and love always.
