Joan and family would like to thank all who attended the funeral service and sent cards and donations. A special thank you to the Renal Unit and all the wards Charlie was in during his stay in hospital for the great care they took of him, and to the Ambulance Service for their quick response and help. To Patient Transport for picking him up and bringing him home after treatment, and thank you to the Reverend Mark Bond for the beautiful service and to Ken Browne of De Gruchy's Funeral Care for his care and assistance.
