DAVEY, Marguerite

Free from pain at last Mum, your suffering was too much for me to wish you to stay, but I am broken-hearted. God saw you getting tired, I've watched you fade away, And when a cure was not to be, He put His arms around you and whispered 'It's time to come to me'. Reunited with Dad and walking in the garden, that's where you wanted to be. I am proud you were my Mum, because you were the best, and when I want you it will be hard to bear, seeing yet another empty chair. Sorry Mum, but I will weep, as wonderful memories are all I have left now to keep. Softly the leaves of memory will fall, Gently I will stop and gather them all. Goodnight Mum, rest easy with Dad again. All my love, always.

Jackie x. Goodbye Gran, You taught us what it means to be a family. You have always been my inspiration and will never be forgotten. Rest peacefully.

Love, Ryan x. Gran, I will be thinking of you always.

Lots of love, Kieran x.
