Janet, Chris, Claire and their families wish to thank you all most sincerely for the phone calls, visits, cards, letters and flowers received, and all those who attended the funeral following our heartbreaking loss. Mick will be greatly missed and loved forever. Our sincere thanks also go to Dr Effie, Kim and Jayne (Haematology), ICU, Dr John Maxey, Rev Peter Dyson and those who have sent donations to our chosen charities and of course, Paul and his excellent team at Pitcher & Le Quesne for their kindness at such a sad time.
