Received a quiet family funeral at the crematorium on Tuesday, 4 August.

I would like to thank De Gruchy's Funeral Care, Personal Touch Care, the Family Nursing teams, the Island Medical Centre and Mercury Medical, and our next door neighbours.

A sincere thanks to all who made my mother's end of life care at home possible.
