Passed away peacefully on Wednesday, 29 July, 2020, at the Royal Derby Hospital, aged 79 years, beloved Mum of Paul.
Funeral Service
Penny's memorial service will be held at Bramcote Crematorium, Bramcote on Monday, 17 August at 9.45 am.
Penny loved dogs and was an avid supporter of the Dogs Trust. Donations are invited to the charity at www.justgiving.com/fundraising/pennyroffiesmith.
