Died Wednesday, 20 October, 2021, in the John Radcliffe Hospital, Oxford. Devoted and much-loved husband, father, brother to David of St Helier, grandfather and uncle.
If desired, donations welcome for Cancer Research or All We Can, or given Philip's love of gardening, plant a shrub.
Thanksgiving service at 3 pm on Friday, 12 November at Wesley Memorial Church, Oxford, OX1 2DH.
