BRUCE, Veronica Mary (Vera).

The family of Vera Bruce would like to thank everyone who attended her funeral service at St Mary's Parish Church. We would like to thank the Rev Robin Dupre for conducting the service with such dignity, Richard Dorey for taking a video for relatives who could not attend, and Amelia and Andy of Pitcher & Le Quesne for their advice and care in making the arrangements. We would also like to thank Cambrette Care for looking after Vera at home, the wonderful doctors at Health Plus for the care they gave Vera, in particular Briony Perchard, the nurses on Beauport Ward at the General Hospital, and the nurses and staff at Jersey Hospice who looked after her with such gentleness in her final days. Last, but certainly not least, we would like to thank all our family and friends for the cards, flowers and the support they gave us at this very sad time.
